Your thoughts are the most sensitive data a person can type. That is why Khalas Tafkeer was designed from day one around a simple principle: your thoughts are yours, not ours. This page explains clearly what we collect and what we never collect.
1. What we collect on the waitlist
When you join the waitlist we store only your email address and preferred language. We use them to send the launch notification and rare updates, and we never share them with third parties for marketing.
2. Your thoughts in sessions
Your thoughts are stored locally on your device, can be locked behind your device biometrics, and are never uploaded to our servers as readable text. Your account is used to keep your progress and subscription, not to read your thoughts.
3. Artificial intelligence
Session text passes through an AI provider to generate the guided responses, under an agreement that forbids using your data to train models. The system does not keep the text of your thoughts. With your consent it keeps only general patterns, such as a recurring root type.
4. What we never do
We do not sell your data. We do not show ads next to your thoughts. We do not share your session content with anyone. We do not use your thoughts for marketing or recommendations.
5. Analytics
We use anonymous measurement to understand how the site performs, such as visitor counts and sources, with no advertising trackers and no personal profiles.
6. Your rights
You can request the deletion of your email from the waitlist or ask about your data at any time by writing to hello@khalastafkeer.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.
7. Updates
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Any change will be published here with an updated date above, and if the change is substantial we will let you know by email.
